the best eye cream??

Ive brought this up in an earlier post…
my girlfriend has significant wrinkles under her eyes and i am in the process of finding a “cure”
I was wondering if anyone could reccommend an effective/favorite cream or other supliment that woul help these wrinkles.
I have seen many different products and i am becomming overwhelmed…so any help would be greatly apprefciated by me and her.
I have been looking at Arbonne Intelligence Daily Eye Cream.
please help! thanks.

To be honest, I’ve never heard of someone 17 that had wrinkles. I’d really recommend she see a dermatologist or a doctor. Any recommendations about an eye cream are going to be purely anecdotal since there are thousands on the market.

she had bad allergies…and she goes through a lot of stress…

I like chocolate chip cookie dough.

Oh, you said EYE cream. My mistake. Get thee to a dermatologist!

she has screwed up parents…i dont know how easy a trip to the dermatologist would be…

In my experience (I am a woman in my late fifties), creams may make your skin feel soft and smooth, but they won’t make the wrinkles around your eyes go away. Surgery, laser treatment, Botox, or a professional skin peel can help with wrinkles, but I can’t imagine that a teenager needs such things. Everyone has a few facial quirks. A young girl with a few wrinkles will still look like a young girl, just as Joan Rivers with no wrinkles still looks like a crone.

I can’t think of anything worse for a girlw ith wrinkles than to be bombarded with advertising and products telling her how she should/shouldn’t look. Aside from surgery, most of it is complete and utter bullshit (and overpriced, at that). If she just has bags, try cold spoons, teabags and fewer beauty magazines.

A recent Consumer Reports had a report on these. It should be available at your local library.

But … don’t get her hopes up much. As I recall, their ranking said that even the best of these made only a “minor” improvement.

unbrok3npp. You’re new here, so no warning this time.

You have essentially opened two identical threads. I’ve closed this one. The previous one stays open. Don’t do this again.
