I think this video by Spinal Tap, could be the best lyrics don’t match the video at all ever made. It took me a couple of years to realize what they were singing about.
We’re pet owners. I figured it out pretty fast. But Spinal Tap doesn’t count though. They mean to be kind of sneaky.
FWIW, I know a musician who wrote a song that initially was about her cat. It was a kind of spontaneous serenade. Then she realized she actually had a decent composition and recorded it for one of her albums, but kept some of the original “lyrics”. If you’re paying attention, the lyrics make you go… 
Yeah, that’s the Tap riff. Write a song about dog training, hire a video director who goes elsewhere.
