Guilin Rice Noodles.
Even inside China, you can’t get decent Guilin rice noodles outside the city of Guilin. I don’t know what it is. Some fresh herb grown only atop a single karst than cannot be transported. A secret recipe known to only one man passed down through the generations and sworn to secrecy. Magic. I’m not sure.
