That may be true. But what you ALSO said was this:

1. to stay out of prison. The legal commentators on tv have all said that even if Caylees death was an accident, that Casey would still be guilty of a felony. Since it was George’s fault, not Caseys, then it would be George who would be facing hard time in prison, It was Georges pool, it was Georges ladder. It wss probably Georges fault.

2. George is an ex-cop and probably witnessed many many attempt of successful and failed resuscitations, and as such he probably knows at what point resuscitation aint gonna work. When George found Caylee, he knew from experience that resuscitation would not do one bit of good.

3. She has not been sentenced to death yet. There is no point in him revealing what he did yet because Casey might still get off. Finally, it is him or Casey who would go to jail, and he probably likes himself more. If the story is true that he molested Casey, then it would fit that he would rather not go to prison instead of Casey. Besides, even if George admitted to covering up the death and hiding the body, Casey would ALSO still go to prison, so there would be nothing to save Casey from if they would both be going to prison anyway if he talked. If he keeps his mouth shut, then perhaps Casey would not be convicted and they both would get off. Seems to me that George has nothing to gain and he, and Casey, are guaranteed to lose by admitting what he did.

It is a no-brainer.

George owns the swimming pool, it is Georges responsibility to keep it safe from children getting drowned.

It is George who is responsible to keeping the fence around the pool and the gate closed around the swimming pool.

It is George’s responsibility to make sure the ladder is taken down so no child can climb up and get into the pool.

If a child dies unattended in Georges pool because of Georges neglect it is Georges fault… Prison time…and there is your motive for George to do a coverup .

There are never any loose ends if you are right, and in this case, all the evidence says that the child died directly or indirectly because of George, then George took over and hid the body. Casey very well might have been aware(complicit) that her father was taking control, but Casey did not take part in the death at all, Casey did not kill the child, nor did Casey take part in any coverup, nor did Casey hide the body…George did it all. (It also would probably surprise me if Cindy knew that George did it - I am not blaming the mother Cindy)

If you guys want to convict Casey for what her father did, then so be it…I am used to being the only one who sees things clearly.

In the first and third of those quoted posts, you say “It was probably George’s fault” and “If you guys want to convict Casey for what her father did…”

These are not just implications that George was responsible for Caylee’s death. They are outright statements that you believe George was responsible for Caylee’s death.

Look, I don’t know why you insist that you never said things that you obviously did (since we can go back and see your actual posts and the actual words you wrote). Earlier in this thread you claimed you’d never heard of a theory that Caylee drowned in George’s pool, when your own posts imply that same exact scenario.

Maybe you feel that your earlier posts about your beliefs on George’s involvement were too strong, and you wish you hadn’t posted them. Maybe you’ve changed your mind about that belief. I don’t know. But it’s a little odd that you continue to insist you never said things that you obviously did.

Look, the thread is about what people thought the biggest factor in Casey’s acquittal was. You’ve claimed a lot of things about what your opinion is on that issue, but some of your statements contradict your earlier statements on this topic. Therefore, this discussion is on topic.
