If you fuck up it’s your fault not the democrat’s.
Grow up. Be presidential, stop blaming others. Fuck you, Mr. President.

Ain’t it funny?
Just think how much our country would be fucked if he were actually competent at his job.
No! No no no! The proper sentiment is “Keep up the good work! Enjoy your golf and your rallies, and keep truckin’ that chicken!” You want to encourage him to be himself as hard as he can, for as long as he can.
What’s scary is that most of the 30 to 40% of the US that supports 45 likely believe him when he blames Democrats for the failure of Ryan’s take-healthcare-away-from-the-poors bill. They’ll never stop to think that since the GOP is in the majority in Congress, Dems had little to do with the failure to pass this monstrosity.
In all honesty, that is the scary part. Believing his ridiculous lies is what got him there in the first place. I was just sickened listening to him blaming everyone for his failures.
Democrats have been working hard to get it defeated. Shouldn’t they get some credit?
They should. Obviously, if there was anything appealing to the Democrats in the bill, some might have crossed over to make up for the Republicans who were in opposition. But we all knew a bipartisan bill was never on the table, just like it wasn’t on the table for the ACA to begin with.
This was a colossal failure by Trump to competently manage his legislative agenda and it was a failure by Ryan to both correctly manage his caucus and have enough balls to stand up to Trump and actually present something votable.
shrug Never had a chance, in hindsight. There are enough hard-line Freedom Caucus members to sink any legislation they don’t like, and they seem uninterested in budging from their positions. That’s pretty much what they were elected on, after all. Pure ideology, no compromise.
Thing is, a bill that would bring in the FC members is guaranteed to turn off any moderates, and they won’t go for it. Just about any legislation is going to have to satisfy both sides, and that’s going to be nearly impossible. The FC is not the majority in the GOP, but they’re enough to sink any strictly party-line vote.
I suspect, now that they’ve tasted victory, the FC will dig in their heels even more. Oddly, this may well force the rest of the Republican party to negotiate and actually act in a bipartisan manner.
Yes, the fans will absolutely believe that the Democrats are to blame. But. After blaming them, Trump said there was nothing he could do about it and wanted to move on to something else. So, either a) the democrats beat him and he gave up, or b) he doesn’t give a shit about healthcare anyway. So how are his fans going to square that? He guaranteed that he would easily get rid of the disaster of Obamacare and give them a beautiful plan. Do they accept that as President he won’t fight back against the democrats? Or admit that he just fed them a bunch of bullshit?
It’s not really the president’s fault. All day long Trumpo said they had the votes. Don’t think he’ll let Betsy DeVos do the counting again.
…and face a veto from Trump. Now that would be hilarious.
Donald “I alone can fix it” Trump, takes one square in the nutz.
Priceless.
Considering even the moderate Republicans weren’t on board, it appears the fault lies in the bill itself.
Tired of winning yet?.. you useless orange jackass!
The world’s tiniest fingers point to blame everywhere else before he pouts at some sour grapes?

I bought a round of drinks last night. (Happy Hour, half price drinks)
When someone asked what we were celebrating, I mentioned the defeat of TrumpCare. Everyone cheered, except for one guy who I did not know (but who initially was going to drink my proffered drink).
I’m just guessing, here, but – won’t he just say that the vast majority of Republicans were in favor of this valuable reform, but the Democrats were uniformly in lock-step against it, and so there’s nothing the forces of goodness and light can do against the obstructionists to Make America Great Again – y’know, until and unless the electorate votes out those enemies of liberty and prosperity and so on and so forth?
(‘And, you know, it’s a lot like how I keep trying to ban Muslims from this country like any sensible person would – and how the so-called judges keep blocking my efforts to keep Americans safe. Remember that? So, yeah: I’m going to need you to go to the polls and vote for like-minded people to get rid of all this America-hating opposition.’ Maybe not exactly that, but something like that, is my point.)
Has it been said yet? “The buck starts here”
If Truman had the sign on his desk that said ‘The Buck Stops Here’, what does the sign on Trumps desk say?
