“Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.”

Gimmee that trout, he’s still breathing…
Now, now, perhaps you’re parsleying Tom’s post too clovesly. Even a cinnamon can find redemption.
I’m gonna poppy y’all with that trout again, I’ve haddock with those puns.
Won’t someone think of the jewfish in the middle east?
Oh, stop carping!
Armageddon really tired of these puns!
:dubious:
Look who’s talking.
Perhaps, but keep in mind that all I have is chemical fire. And I can only work on a more-or-less retail level. These people, however, are dealing in the real arma-you-know-what.
I hate to get all serious, but I think that in a saner world, this would be the point at which incompetence rises to an impeachable offense.
Well, once upon a time, we executed the Rosenbergs for spilling such secrets. Maybe America could benefit by a return to the values we held in the past.
Now, that’s a platform I could support.
Let’s hear it for traditional values!
I note, after a whole weekend, the complete absense of The Usual Suspects lining up to explain how Bush posting instructions on how to make WMD’s on the internet is:
(a) A plan so cunning you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel.
(b) No big deal because everyone knows how to make nukes and sarin gas anyway.
© Something we should in all fairness reserve judgement on until someone actually explodes one or gases an American city.
(d) Clinton personally published instructions on how to make a 1920’s style death-ray in his autobiography and you liberal commie fag traitors didn’t make a fuss about that. How come - huh, huh?
Have we finally reached the point where even those who suck down the Kool-Aid by the gallon can stomach no more?
I also not their inability to go the next step and actually condemn him.
Don’t worry - they’re just waiting for Rush to tell them how to think about it. Sometimes it takes a little while, but they’ll scour The Free Republic or Little Green Footballs or some such and will run along to grace us with the meme du jour.
Of course, over time their numbers have dwindled, because although it is exceptionally dense, the cloud of cognitive dissonance is not indestructible.
Never fear, however. One of The Usual Shitheads will be along to help you out shortly. My wager is on: “Clinton did it.”
Actually I think they are holding off until the combination of Diebold and lead in the water hands them another ‘win’ this week. We all know that for some of these people winning is all and vindicates all.
Given the hue and cry they’ve raised over many of those so-called leaks of classified information regarding the war, the silence from the right on this one is deafening. They just aren’t serious about protecting America.
This question needs answering in realtion to this specifically and Iraq in general.
When Does Incompetence Become a Crime?
They need to answer to this also.
War simulation in 1999 pointed out Iraq invasion problems
Lying, murdering scum the lot of them.
At this point, I’m starting to think that Bush never does anything unless someone warns him ahead of time that it could have dire consequences.
Occam would agree you have a good point. It’s simpler to believe, given the monstrous ineptitude of Bush in so many areas, that it is intentional. Even a blind pig occasionally finds a truffle as someone has said on these boards recently. But not Captain Calamity.
I wonder if those nuclear secrets still turn up in a Google Cache?
