No, it’s obvious who stood the most to gain from JFK’s death. It’s an organization that would see a massive increase in its revenue stream mere months after 11/22/1963 and is still a successful moneymaker.

Key Beatles member George Harrison already had a beachhead in the USA because his sister lived here. As he was not famous here yet he could travel undisturbed. The Beatles would go on to use lookalikes to replace key members throughout their existence. Therefore it’s likely that while a lookalike took care of the music business, one or more members of the Beatles was in Dallas that day.

It goes deeper than that. I’ve just learned that Harrison lied about his age to get into Germany, McCartney was arrested by German police, and Harrison, McCartney and pre-Ringo were all three deported, leaving John Lennon alone in Germany to do who knows what.
Can we say for certain that Lennon wasn’t contacted by East German agents, acting on behalf of the USSR, during that time? Can we really be sure that a man with a name like Lennon wasn’t acting as a Soviet agent himself (and have you heard Imagine? Listen to the lyrics!)? And don’t even get me started on that whole Catcher in the Rye “assassination” story. Utterly ridiculous as a crime. Far more likely it was a cover story to extract him from then USA and spirit him away to Cuba before Reagan could take office and finally bring the hammer down on him.
I think this is another reason for the ongoing CT’s: some people just don’t want to believe that a 24 year old nutter, acting alone, and for an unclear motivation, could kill the President of the United States. It’s just too nihilistic to accept.

Perhaps. A common underpinning of most CTs is there is a vast underground of activity. Some evil, some good, all of it hidden. Sorta like the plumbing & whatnot that’s actually buried under our streets.
Once that idea gets into a vulnerable head, then everything significant that happens, and much else besides, is easily explained by the work of the underground. The real above-ground world is messy and highly contingent; luck and happenstance matters a lot.
IMO someone choosing to believe it all happens from concrete actions of the unseen but very real underground is exactly the same mental circuitry that powered the ancient religions with a god of the winds, of the trees, of the rain, etc. All that contingency is someone’s bailiwick and they’re making it happen for … reasons.
Here in 2023 that primitive brain feature is being ruthlessly exploited for money and power.
