Hijack (in order to fight ignorance): Copyright law does not protect single words, short phrases, names, or titles. Of course, you meant to refer to trademark law, but you can’t exercise trademark rights over a word just because you came up with it. You have to be using it in commerce as an indicator of the origin of goods or services.

I went to a blog my best friend told me about due to Ellenbeths constant bullying of fellow atheist Wil Kuhlmann The name of the Blog is “Mysogyny and the straw Feminst” under the blog site A system of Random Tangents by Anna Johnstone. My friend is a open gay activist and an investigator for many national law firms all over America and the argumet escalated by Ellen threatning to contact his law firm calling him a sociopath etc etc . She has been harrasing him for a yr and let posters on a thread she was on in Facebook suggested his site dog be killed. She is crafty though, whren asked about the thread she removed the nasty comments she and others made . Wil , my friend was stabbed eleven times and beaten in to a coma years ago and has a sight issue and that is what got him invovled in the LGBT movement. When My friend asked a question what rights are feminist lacking( Ellenbeth is a feminst ) she and the blog owner went after him so badly that he is awaiting word from the police dept from where she lives.
Was you friend stabbed near Tulum, Mexico?
If you have a problem with someone elsewhere on the Internet, deal with it there, don’t follow them here and try to rile us to to join battle.

Of course I’m not a mod with no authority here, but this is actually the sort of quasi-inside story I was interested in hearing, though it was kind of sloppy and an eyesore.
I also have to say- I felt no sense of the poster trying to get me to join a battle or rile me up. Just an apocryphal story to take for what it’s worth, to offer some possible context.

One thing Ellenbeth Wachs did not mention is she has a prevous past with the law back in 2006 for instance she was placed under arrest for domestic violence.
If you have evidence for your claims against Ms. Wachs, pls. provide links to that evidence. Otherwise, pls. take your beef elsewhere on the internet.

:dubious: You’ve already smeared this person’s name on a site that’s heavily indexed by Google - which is how I assume you found it in the first place. Why not follow through and provide the evidence to back it up if it’s the real thing?

What you have already posted is sufficient to subject yourself and possibly the SDMB to liability for defamation of your allegations are false. Withholding evidence to support your claim doesn’t really protect you.
