49 points?
Oh man, if she holds on for a few more weeks, she can be next year’s Zelda Rubinstein, for a bunch more points.
Norman Hetherington, the puppeteer behind Mr Squiggle (Australia’s longest running children’s TV show) dies at 89.
As long as she keeps him at bay for 4 weeks, we’re cool… ![]()
Paging DEAD POOLERS for the Elizabeth Edwards BandWagon
Woooooooo!
I love you guys.
Crap! When I was making my list of “people whose initials are the same letters” a year ago, I didn’t even think of her and went instead with Emilio Estavez.:smack:
Quit shoving, there’s room for everybody!
I, personally feel sorry for her, and indeed for the loss of any life. Why, I think she should continue fighting; continue treatment.
For at least another four weeks anyway.
Yes, but you got much Respect for it. C.F. my 2011 list, I have even more respect for your your double initials list.
You are now telling me that it still hurts as much, even after [for the most part] abandoning most of the choices in the game outright?
Like a Bangladesh Ferry Ride!
Man, that’s cold. You should be ashamed of yourself!
Any of them celebrities?
I wonder what the odds are that Elizabeth Edwards makes it to 2011.
Unfortunately for us, you become a celebrity in Bangladesh only if you survive a ferry ride. Or a flood. Or a famine. Each year’s fresh crop of celebrities gets mown down the next year.
That must make for one helluva Bangladesh Celebrity Death Pool!
The problem is, they are all members, and you can’t list other members. And usually the ones who put up a list are dead by next December anyway.
If I counted right 24 people have Ms. Edwards for 2010. If she keeps hanging in there I wonder what it will be for 2011?
Bloody Cherry Pickers!
and one damn point less! ![]()
Thanks for the reminder. I had forgotten she’s on my list this year. Whoo hoo!
Liz baby, you’ve fought the good fight, but your husband betrayed you. Why prolong the agony?
Not necessarily – it depends on her birth date and death date.
