Ever since I started on this macabre little game, I have put Lilian Jackson Braun on my list. You might know her as the author of “The Cat Who…” mystery series. She was not much in the news, being rather elderly, but today my sister sent me an article about her.
I have three points. And now I need to find a new list topper.

I almost got to meet her at a cat show once. She was supposed to be there signing autographs, and my mom and I were thrilled. We grabbed the latest Cat Who hardback and ran down to Concord. Either we got the day wrong or the time wrong, but she wasn’t there. We got to see lots of kitties anyway, so it wasn’t a wasted trip. 
I don’t meet celebrities. I have near misses with them.
