Tony Greig has removed himself from my 2013 list. Dammit, Tony. Would it have killed you to wait 3 days?

Apparently it did.

I also had Prince Tomohito (who died in June) for 34 points.

I’ll add those points on for you. It hadn’t been done because his death was never reported in the thread until now.

I’d forgotten about him myself until I was looking over my list from last year to try to put together my list for this year.

Tomohito was a unique pick for you, that makes two, tying you with Captain Klutz and Spoiler Virgin, who also have two uniques.

How come so many of this year’s players have yet to post in next year’s pool?

Post early and give away the secrets that have seen me running a cool 29th place this year? Not likely.
Also, I like to post my list around midday New Year’s Day. Cut off is midnight NYE, so it makes me feel such a rebel. Time zones are fun.

:stuck_out_tongue: I like your attitude!

Should we remind the Aussies and Kiwis and others from far distant lands that the deadline is midnight New Year’s Eve Chicago time?

Plan accordingly!

53 hours and 24 minutes!

So we can put people on are list who are already dead in 2013. Aussies, Kiwis, Japanese, Chinese, Indians could already died in 2013 by New Years in Chicago.

I’m assuming the rules are as before: all dates and times (including day and time of death) will be marked according to US Central Time, no matter where the death takes place.

That would be against the rules.

The rules do not recognize the international date line. New Years Day in Australia is still before the deadline of midnight New Years Eve in Chicago.

But they are dead in 2012 by CST, silly.

Oh Most Exalted Death Mistress,

I have been out of touch for three days due to a power outage.
Did my most humble list meet your most Divine, Truthful and Fair Standards?

Suckup.

Is that the rule? In 2005 the rule was as follows:

As far as I know, that rule was never changed.
