I lost a filling a couple of months ago. It hurts if I get food in there, so I went to the dentist.
Lots of needles and drilling, xrays, a temporary cap.
Now the tooth hurts like hell as does my jaw.

I don’t know how we got from a picture of a link sausage to Mcready (sp), but one of the things I like about Judaism is that, with the Catholics, is that despite the fact that they believe you can’t bury a suicide in sacred ground,

Flytrap sorry about the toothies teh suckage. On the linky thing, the example you gave of the Rabbi’s is a perfect example of compassion for both the living and dead, as it should be IMHO. I was raised a Christian and still carry those values, whatever anyone might think of JC’s parentage is irrelevant, he was a good example to live by. This is something fanatics forget. All good, I have a KZ buddy with a 78’ 1000, he has a turbocharger with fuel pump. It kicks in at about 2500 rpm. He says it scares him, mind you he also works on the pit crew for drag bikes and is the tester for when the big guy is not there. I am seriously thinking about this mod for when I upgrade this year because there is no reason a 30+ yo MC shouldn’t be driven at 180 mph, right?

Last day of vacation tomorrow (sort of; had to go to a mandatory irk meeting today that was actually informative, but boooooooring). Had a full week off before that.
Got some nice heavy marble coasters for a house Christmas present this year, in the hope that the glass sweat wouldn’t make them cling on like our old wood ones, then fall off on the table with a bang. No dice. They still clingon and fall. Damned physics! Suction has its place, but the dinner table? Really…

I have a box of foodstuffs packed for our trip up to Gatlinburg and environs this weekend. OYKW says that’s a little bit OCD to have it already packed up. I say it’s plannin’ ahead so we don’t have to do everything last minute. I am, of course, completely right. He also thinks it’s weird that I already got beer and a bottle o’ rum (YO! HO! HO!) for the trip. However, the likker sto’ is on my way home from irk so I stopped Monday and got it all. I am efficient!
Now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then, alas, irk purtification must commence. Only two more days this week!

I have new insoles in my irk shoes. Let’s see if they keep my feet from hurting too much.
