I just did a search on his name, and have found only one recent comment. Well then, I feel like starting a thread about it.
It seems that Lt. General Honore , a native son, is one the scene, and it appears he has the situation well in hand. Hurrah!
he is able to get people to “hop to”. one of the good things about the military is, when you are at his level you don’t have to ask the permission of huge amounts of people to get things done.
you just do them! or order someone to do them. much less red tape.
