Some people don’t understand the difference between a comic strip and a cartoon. Garfield is probably the number one comic strip cat, but is at best a minor player in the pantheon of cartoon cats, well below the Pink Panther, Felix, Top Cat, Tony the Tiger, Tom and Sylvester.
