I didn’t actually do the math, lets see? She was 26 when we worked together in the late 1970’s. I heard about her death about 10 or 15 years ago. She would have died in the 1990’s. It would have been 30 years approx.
My only ex-GF is alive AFAICT (she’s 38), but if she wasn’t, I don’t think I’d care. The opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s indifference.
