The audience is also not supposed to make a sound. Good luck with that, Jimmy-boy. Outside the students are chanting up a storm.
That, and the debate’s in Florida. It’s well past U of M’s spring break.
Heh. Jim Lehrer is layin’ down the rules on CSPAN right now–no cheering, no booing, no applauding. He says “I will be very bad to you” if they disobey. Good for him. I don’t know how much time was wasted in the Dem debates with audience displays.
Hee hee, he will raise his right arm to order “hush”. He will stop the debate and “hold you up to ridicule” if you’re a jerk.
Watch CSPAN, folks, it’s really cool right now. He’s reading the agreement they made. They can cheer at the beginning and end.
