Well…nearly.We have to trim the edges a nd put up the railing and stain it but it’s 3/4 of the way completely finished!woot!Now all I need is a cheap chaise lounge,a dimestore romance novel and a pitcher of margaritas so I can sun myself without having to go down to the pool to do so.Our house gets a lot of eastern/southern exposure so I’ll be cooking like a turkey come summer.WOOHOO!

If I get a camera I might.CG and his hot father worked on the framing and did part of the actual putting in of boards.CG and I worked all damned DAY on putting in the rest of the boards.On his next day off(I think)CG is going to trim the boards and put up the railings and possibly buy me that c heap chaiselounge I’ve been dying for. We have to wait a month(!) for the wood to dry out enough to stain it. I wanted cherry.I was outvoted by CG and his dad.We’re staining it maple or something dark.
