It’s been a year since my last cleaning, which means that I have to go to the dentist. I am going to the dentist today. Wish me luck as they scrape away at my teeth. My teeth will be sore, but at least I will have a great smile.
Good luck! The Othe Shoe is at the dentist looks at clock right this second. He’s … not thrilled about the idea. Here’s hoping for a quick, painless and unpleasant-surprise-free visits for both.
So, how are your teeth? Sparkly clean and cavity-free?
I just got a new (and gigantic) filling yesterday and still can’t chew comfortably with it. It was my third trip to the dentist this summer, and I’ve got one more* in three weeks. Actually, two more, because after the next (and last, for now) round of fillings, I’ve got to get 'em cleaned too.
*My 11-year-old’s advice to me, when he heard my upcoming appointment is the day after Labor Day, was, “Don’t wear white!”
Yeah, my teeth are fine. I love when I go to the dentist and they ask me questions while scraping the plaque off my teeth. Geez… It makes me sound like one of the parents from Charlie Brown.
