THE DONKEY SERENADE

“There’s a song in the air, but my fair senorita doesn’t seem to care for the song in the air. Amigo mio, does she not have a dainty bray?” I can’t remember the other words to this song. Does anybody know? Also, what was its era and who wrote it? And why? It is the immortal DONKEY SERENADE, one of those songs that come up in your head for no particular reason, and I’d like to know the other words in order to sing the entire piece.
