Yeah, it was a bad thing to do. But I have a pretty high standard when it comes to treason.

I would guess that Bob Novak loved this country as much as anyone, likely more than I do. I don’t think he knew or expected his actions to be to the detriment of the country.

That doesn’t excuse him as a human being or a journalist. I think both of those things were shown to be lacking. But treason? That’s a high bar and I don’t think he went over it.

I suppose you could understand why other people might disagree?
