Sure, it’s fun to play, didn’t say it was bad, just that it’s not as good as GTA (I don’t care for either, just cool to rent one for cheap thrills). Yes, maybe it is a version, but one could also compare it to imitation meat…like veggie burgers :).
The perk list has been leaked on the official forums.
It looks interesting.
For example: instead of the Fallout grenade-in-pocket gag, there’s a perk that’ll let you slip some poison into someone’s pocket. Or the master light armor perk that avoids all damage 1-in-10 hits.
Difficult to say - do I get to play Skyrim ever in this scenario? Like the next day? If so I’d pick the sex, it’s with a particularly hot fuck bud and I haven’t seen him in ages.
Ah, but you can do all three in Skyrim itself, so, therefore, you can have your cake and eat it too…
Of course, nothing could ever be better than doing all three at once, a steak next to you while having sex and playing Skyrim. While this may be difficult to pull off, the person who does should get a special prize from Bethesda. Oh, and if anyone does, please post a video of it happening…um…we need proof…that’s all :D.
New videos from the devs: The World of Skyrim, including some stuff on the conflict between the Stormcloaks for Skyrim’s independence and the Imperial Legion for the Empire. The Sound of Skyrim with a look at the music, including that kick arse main theme, and some of the voice actors.
Apparently the game’s already being sold in Holland, although PC players still have to wait for Steam to unlock it.
What do you think that gives you as the end user? How is your experience any better that the programmers were able to save a few lines of code? Maybe the memory reading subsystem is 2% faster on a system that’s 90% slower anyway?
This is probably a worst attempt than argumentum ad furniture.

Steam says release is on the 10th now. Weird.

Most likely they mean for pre-load. They usually let you pre-load the games a day before, so you can get it downloaded and installed and be ready to play when the game is officially released. I’m planning to stay get thing going early on the 10th to make sure I kick off the download and can get it all down and installed before the 11th, since it’s probably going to be huge.
Yeah, it’s going to be a monster. I figure if I wait up until midnight on Wednesday I can kick it off before I go to bed, and it should be down before I go to bed Thursday night, so I can install it and be ready to go when they open it up Friday morning. That’s the plan anyway.
Well, I was able to do this with Rage and Stronghold 3, so I’m hoping it works here as well. I’m not sure what time zone they are on…it might be that I could kick off the download earlier than mid-night my time. Anyone know?
