No. The said they mailed me an “explanation of benefits” (why we are fucking you) when they denied the claim a month ago, but I received nothing. They are mailing another one out now.
Yup. This is why I had to eat the cost of most of the procedure myself. I just finished paying it off a couple months ago. Also, good fucking luck trying to get an answer from them when you do call. I had shoulder surgery a year ago. Not wanting to fall into the same boat I called ahead to ask about coverage. They said they might pay for it. The could not say more until I submitted the bill.
Seriously. They told me that even if I gave them a full list of every cost and the code associated with, they would not give me a straight answer on if it was covered or not until it was the final bill from the doctor.
Yeah, but seriously, two fucking years? Fine if they do not cover it. Sucks. But two years later?
