I could have chosen that but then I would be the only one. The truth is I did not think of that. Gazpacho was the name of my first dog so I tend to think of her instead of a cool zesty summer soup. But she was named after the soup because I like the sound of the word.
The real answer to #7 is you make Little Nemo’s pasta al fungi. Pour a little olive oil into a fry pan and brown some pine nuts. Coarsely chop up some sun-dried tomatos and a bunch of mushrooms. Throw into the frying pan with some red wine. Heat everything up until it’s hot but not cooked through. Serve on linguini.
