We can add pumpkin loaf to the list. I was eating a slice for breakfast, and Maggie leapt up onto the table and began licking the top before I could stop her.
No, if he had eaten eight of the donuts, broken up and stepped on the other four, and then had the runs all over the house, he would be a dog.
Willow, aka “World’s Cutest Kitty”, surprised me twice. Once, by eating all the carrots that my roommate had left on his plate after eating garlic pork. The second time she found an unguarded pbj sandwich. She seemed quite partial to the raspberry jam.
Another kitty, Simon, she of no tail and a boy’s name, wouldn’t touch shrimp or any other kind of seafood but give her some Hardee’s roast beef or a Kraft single and she was in heaven.

Nah, better not.
My Jack will chew on my earplugs if given half a chance. I use the silicone kind, and if I leave them lying out, he will carefully pick them up and take them to a corner somewhere to have his wicked way with them.
Fortunately,
- he doesn’t seem to swallow them or any bits thereof,
- silicone is believed to be biologically inert anyway, and
- my bedside table has a drawer.
Jezabel loves playing with the little yellow foamy earplugs, she doesnt chew or eat them, but bats them around and carries them in her mouth like a toy mouse…and chases them in a strange version of ‘fetch’
