I don’t get today’s joke, though.
What’s a “flantini”?
A martini made with flan.
Even though I figured out what a flantini is, I still don’t get it. Is it just a jab at how many different types of drinks there are that end in ‘tini?’

Correct. And a “flantini” would be the reductio ad absurdum of the trend. (Reductio ad nauseam?)
