Graham is for sure – he’s been threatened with primary for being too moderate, and given the nutjob dead-enders that make up the majority of the Republican Party anymore, he’d probably lose. So he’s trying to burnish his right-wing hardass cred. Too bad for him he’ll still get primaried and he’ll still lose. The Teahatters will always prefer the real thing.
McCain’s just got a grudge, IMO. Rice was really hard on him as an Obama mouthpiece during the last election.

McCain is still pissed because Rice criticized him for wearing a flak jacket in Iraq while at the same time saying how perfectly safe it was. The fucker holds a grudge better than anybody, ever. Also, they think that by getting her bounced as a candidate, they might pick up a seat in the Senate. It’s completely transparent, but they really think they’re being clever because the American public is, you know, teh stoopid.
One really good thing about the Dem’s list of candidates is that the name “Bolton” appears nowhere on it.
