Strange. Sometimes I see the picture there, and sometimes it looks like a broken link (blank), but when I click on it it goes straight to a picture of MacGyver in all his mullet glory.

After visiting the link you posted to the webpage, it shows up for me. Hotlinking is usually frowned upon, because that webpage doesn’t want to host an image for you to use without people actually visiting their page.
