Humidity is always a big problem for me, too. I’ve found that my hair is much less frizzy if I use an intense moisterizing shampoo. Have you tried the Dove shampoos and conditioners? That’s the brand I use. They’re inexpensive and they significantly reduce frizziness (in my hair, at least).
I wish I knew more about hair coloring so that I could give you some advice on that. This article says that when possible, its best to go back to the stylist who made the error (because he/she will know what he/she did and how to correct it). It also says that color correction can take several visits.
