The "I Love You" thread

Dance me to your beauty with a burning violin
Dance me through the panic till I’m gathered safely in
Touch me with your naked hand or touch me with your glove
Dance me to the end of love
Dance me to the end of love
Dance me to the end of love

I love being alive!

I love my husband, and our furrbaby Molly, and my sister and my Dad & Monster and my Mom & stepdad, and my mother-in-law and all my friends . . .

I love having two amazingly good friends that are so compassionate and loving that I know there’s nothing I could do or say that would make them not care for me.

I love the smell of an impending rainstorm and the sound of thunder and the feel of the first crisp autumn morning.

It does not slip a roofie into your Stoli Cosmo. It does not blow a load in your mouth after it promised it wouldn’t. It does not say to your mom “Well, I can see where she gets that chunky ass from”. It does not slip out of bed after you fall asleep and then go pound one out while leafing through your high school yearbook. It does not try and talk you into a three-way with your sister. It does not bang your sister anyway. It does not get really loaded at your best friend’s wedding, take it’s shirt off and wrap itself around the bride’s leg while yelling “Check it out! I’m a garter belt!”. It does not say “Nonono, these pictures are just for me”, and then Photoshop a donkey into the pic and post it on the web.

I Love You, Vol. II

I love my dead gay son!

For one brief moment
in my mind I saw your eyes
diamond and elfin smiling at me
as if in some secretly
coded communication.

For one solitary second
this morning your scent
surrounded my senses
seducing me to bathe
in you.

For one quick moment
I heard your crystal voice
echoing through my mind
and stilling the confusion
of my heart.

For one fleeting second
I felt the clasp of your hand
and the press of your skin
in secret communion
and tasted the sweetness of
your lips on mine.

For one moment this morning
I was surrounded by you
and was crushed by love.

I love every product of www.looneylabs.com. 'Nuff said.

I love you Canby.

Ahh, one of my favorite lines from “Heathers”. LOL

I love Jason…more than anything else in the whole world. He rescued me and showed me how to live again…

Eric

So, how long did it take kittenlm to beat that into your head? :stuck_out_tongue:

I love love threads lovingly created by the lovingest lovers in all of Lovingdom: nocturnal_love

Bah. Love’s overrated. :frowning:

Ohhh…about five minutes after she made pull the donkey pics off the website. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ya know…there’s a song for folks who talk like you…

You’ve got to give a little, take a little, and let your poor heart break a little. That’s the story of, that’s the glory of love.

Yeah, I get it from my lover-bugger.

I love Suburban Plankton and my son, Charlie, but that should go without saying.
I love my horse! I love how he comes when I call him. Or how he perks up his ears and trots to the gate of his paddock when he hears my car drive up.

You’d think that people would have had enough of silly love songs. But I look around me and I see it isn’t so. Some people wanna fill the world with silly love songs.

And what’s wrong with that, I’d like to know; 'cause here I go again.
I love you too, E.

“Ama me fideliter! Fidem meam noto: De corde totaliter Et ex mente tota, Sum presentialiter Absens in remota.” *
Love me faithfully! See how I am faithful. With all my heart. And all my soul. I am with you. Though I am far away. *

“It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all” -Mr. Snider (The Monkees)

I thought love was only true in fairy tales - meant for someone else but not for me. Love was out to get me; that’s the way it seemed. Disappointment haunted all my dreams.

Then I saw her face - now I’m a believer. Not a trace of doubt in my mind. I’m in love…
