I’ve seen claims that one video records a man, presumably and ICE thug, saying something like “huh, like in Call of Duty”. I can’t stomach trying to watch the videos to see if anything like that is recorded. It seems like an absurd claim, but have any of you heard something like that?
Since the woman in the pink coat’s video has been released, I hope that means she’s also free.
I noted in the other thread that I heard the Call of Duty line. It was on MSNOW but it went by so quickly I was questioning whether I heard right because the way he said it was so sickening, like this was all just a fun game.
The man who was murdered today is named Alex Pretti and he was a RN for a VA hospital.
This is what ICE has to look forward to.

I’ve only been to Minneapolis once, many years ago, but I loved it. Is the location where this happened close to the Dinkytown area? That’s where I spent most of my time.
No, Dinkytown is on the northeast side of the river, near the University of Minnesota. This is several miles south of that.

Thank God we have responsible leadership in these troubled times. Imagine how bad things would be if our leadership were unprincipled ghouls that were cheering on the murder of American civilians and trying to escalate the situation to justify tanks on the streets.
The NYT is during a reasonably good job of staying on top of this breaking story.
Trump and Miller are already calling the man a “domestic terrorist”, just like they did with Ms. Good. This is so depressing. At some point I expect a pitched gun battle to break out.
We will have tanks on the streets by the end of the year, possibly much sooner, and “don’t tread on me” MAGAts will be ecstatic
I hate to admit thus, but I’m suddenly developing a fondness for the Second Amendment…
Not that it matters or would make a difference but maybe they need to be reminded that a domestic terrorist, by definition, is outside of ICE’s jurisdiction.
Even more depressing is that recent polls still show 40% of Republicans still support what Trump is doing (assuming I’m reading them correctly).
And blatantly lying about what happened despite the existence of videos. They have absolutely no compunction about just making up their own truth regardless of the facts. They have absolutely no shame and no respect for the American people or for human life.
