Here’s a slowed down clip that shows he was disarmed when the first shot was fired. Then he was possibly already dead (or at least completely neutralized and wounded) when the second psychopath emptied his clip into the man’s body.

The way I see it he was shot because he carried a weapon for which he had a permit based on the 2nd Amendment. What the supporters of the 2nd Amendment seem to not have foreseen is that the tyrannical government that you are supposed to use the 2nd Amendment against is the government that controls the police, the news, the narrative, the courts, Congress… at least for now. Under these circumstances the 2nd Amendment was Alex Pretti’s death sentence as it served as the excuse to shoot him.
Perhaps the ICE murderers will be held accountable some day, hopefully before they are 101 years old (refering to post #885). But Mr Pretti will remain dead forever.
Tim Walz has openly called the DHS account of Saturday’s shooting “nonsense” and “lies” and directly contradicted by video evidence. Meanwhile the mayor of Minneapolis is seeking an injunction to stop federal immigration operations in the city, and apparently Walz is mobilizing the National Guard.
I’ve read that the national guard is being mobilized to protect the federal buildings, though I only saw that in one place.
He should issue an ultimatum for ICE to stand now and be out of the fucking town in 24 hours or the national guard is going to fucking force them out, but he doesn’t have the balls.
Whatever the fuck we do, it can’t be to desperately give the appearance of normalcy by complying, the fascists feed off that apathy and delusion.
I guess he would have been safer if he’s been carrying around a locked and loaded AR-15, like our buddy Rittenhouse did.
I swear, if I hear one word from that shitty little asshole about this, I’m going get really mad. I’m not kidding around though. I’m really pissed off. I’m 60 years old. I was a toddler in the 60s so I couldn’t have been a part of any revolution back then. Though depressing, I often read the comments in my local news stations’ FB posts on such stories just to see how things are playing out in MAGAland. I was not surprised to see a lot of “Yee fucking haw! THAT’S what I voted for!” These people do not and can not see an execution with their own eyes and call it out for what it is. Things will get much worse before, or even if, they get better.
The MAGA mindset is that if their beloved federal agents were shooting someone, then the victim bloody well deserved it. They’re low-information morons with no sense of reason or perspective, and blindly believe whatever the Orange Tyrant and his minions tell them.
Kristi Noem is now saying agents were assaulted by hundreds of protestors and an agent’s finger was bitten off. Yeah. Sure.

Well, that’s fascism. The State determines who deserves to live and who deserves to die–no due process of any kind. And obviously someone who was out on the street when ICE are there, opposes The State. Automatic death sentence, carried out immediately.
The worst of MAGA is utterly thrilled with this Might Makes Right world. They think they’ll prosper in it. (It’s likely that they are very, very wrong about that.)
Stephen Miller is quite open about the philosophy that opposing The State makes you a “domestic terrorist” and for that you deserve and will get death:

If there were a network of domestic terrorists wouldn’t Miller be at the top of the list? How many attempts have his bodyguards thwarted?
