Wasn’t sure which forum was appropriate for this question, but here goes: I watched the recent Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson flick The Internship the other night and one scene struck me as disingenuous. It’s the scene where the different intern teams are doing the helpdesk challenge at Google Headquarters. From what I understand, Google doesn’t offer ANY live tech support for any of their products. They are notoriously unreachable for the average end-user with a tech issue. Is that accurate or am I completely wrong about that?
