I was born with a broken collar bone, but have never torn any ligaments, broken any bones, or gotten anything more than cuts and bruises in my conscious (or post-birth) life, I’ll leave it to the GM to decide if that counts.
I give MsWhatsit a toothpick. I broke my arm when I was seven. Swinging on the jungle gym at home, I missed a bar and fell, putting my arms out in front of me as I did. My arm still clicks in the spot it broke anytime I move my wrist around.
I give WhyNot a toothpick. I went to a few Reds games when I was a kid, plus I’ve been to one NBA game.
ETA: Oh, and one hockey game. The Huntington Blizzard vs. …somebody. They’re in some pro league I think.
As your resident Hockey Monkey and Hurricanes season ticket holder, I suppose I must give WhyNot a toothpick. You knew you’d at least get mine, didn’t you?
They sell beer at hockey games, football games, basketball games, baseball games… and I’ve even been to several professional rugby games, where they sell beer.
1 Dallas Cowboys game, several Rangers games, a few Stars games, nothing for the Mavs or FC Dallas. [And one University of Oklahoma football game (that counts, doesn’t it? :D)]
There’s 20-21 of us, you give 1 per question, and we started with 50, which the oh so mighty HockeyMonkey with her ultimate powers decided to drop by 30, leaving us with 20. So if you’re not no. 21, I wouldn’t worry too much
Due to a nerdly lack of interest in anything involving physical contact (er, I mean, on the sports field… I still like… you know,) I have never broken a bone nor have I been to a professional sporting thingy.
