Hmmm… interesting idea. Somebody in the Pentagon has been watching Thunderbirds again.
But this “nodules” idea–would this work better on a large scale? Like, on a small warship? One that could be re-designed to meet each new mission?
I’ll never buy another DC product again.
They ruined Jeep - for me anyway.
The thread states that it is built on a modified Chevrolet Silverado frame. I don’t beleive DC has it’s fingers in on this one. By “Jeep”, I venture to guess the OP meant All Terrain Vehicle.
F.A.B.
It is just hideous enough to be in Thunderbirds. If it could fly.
Just what the hell did F.A.B. mean anyway? The Thunderbirds said that every ten seconds, yet never explained what the hell it meant.
Mr. Balowski: I think they are F-A-B! That’s English for ‘stupid’, yeah!
The Young Ones, “Demolition”
F-A-B = “Fab.” = “Fabulous”.
Thats what i get for not reading the article.
Ahh… my eyes… it’s hideous.
How long before it hits my freeway with a pissed-off soccer mom behind the wheel?
Wow, they’ve actually managed to design something uglier than the A-10. I’m impressed.
They’re called omnimechs.
