I’ve never even heard of it.
The new host, Mike Richard’s, made some pretty non-PC jokes on an old podcast. There was an Anti-Jewish joke, a chauvinist joke and a Anti-Asian joke. All he needs to do is drop the n-word and he would have the whole bigot Mount Rushmore.
Great job Jeopardy search committee!

Is there a theme to the reruns they’re choosing this week? Seems kinda random.
I’m fairly certain the search committee’s sole member was Mike Richards.
Alex’s adventures. Posting clues from various locations. Air Canada Centre (hockey), Sesame Street, air base and etc. today and tomorrow.
Also Dick Cheney.
It’s called “Around the World With Alex.” Shows where he went to various locations to record clues. This runs for two weeks, through August 27. This package originally aired the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s last year, just before they broadcast Alex’s final batch of episodes.
The two weeks after that will be a repeat of the most recent Tournament of Champions, hosted by Buzzy Cohen. Then new episodes will start, hosted by Mike Richards.
Anybody wanna bet on how long this will last? 
Fifteen years. We’re the only people who care.
I really, really hate that Mike Richards will be hosting Jeopardy!.
It will be a five-times-a-week reminder that Jerks Triumph. Like Donald’s remaining out of court, unindicted, it’s an in-our-face message that Bullies and Cheaters Often Prosper.
I hate it.
Me too. I just may stop watching, for the first time since Art Fleming. This is disgraceful.
And if I do stop watching, I’ll certainly let them know why.

They really screwed the pooch with Richards’ selection. Let’s see how they handle the new host process.
Is it time for a Dope poll to determine who should be the next host?
Any contract with Bialik should include a stipulation that she stop doing those “I have a doctorate so buy this brain candy!” adverts.
I predict they’ll just use Mayim Bialik. She was effectively chosen as runner up in the previous process farce.
I hope not. Anyway, doesn’t she have other stuff going on? She had a new sitcom, last I heard.
If they want to recoup some goodwill, they’ll pick Ken or Buzzy.
Or Levar Burton, for whom I’m rooting.
