From the Philadelphia suburb of Colwyn, PA this past week. (All text in quotes is from one of the various articles from the Phila Daily News)…& of course, all of this is alleged
“The 17-year-old boy was allegedly arrested for fighting n April 24, charged with disorderly conduct and placed in a holding cell, according to sources. The officer allegedly Tasered the boy up to nine times, sources said, for reasons that are still unclear. The juvenile was allegedly Tasered once in the head and may have been handcuffed, sources said.” There is a supposed cover-up of said Tasering.

But Thursday night, council overrode Rutland’s decision and lifted the state of emergency, placed Seitz back on leave and reinstated Reed. "[/ul][/li]
