I just finished The Kremlin’s Candidate; it was a satisfying, but very bittersweet ending to the trilogy (the books are way better than the move).
Dominika survives against the odds and is now the Director of the SVR, but now Putin actually fucks hers and she had to watch Nate be tortured to death in front of her. Benford has been forced to retire and best case scenario she lives long enough to see Gable retire or die. She’ll be alone for the rest of her life.
