ps: I had exactly the same situation with a Best Buy. Told the manager that the real problem that he should deal with was that when I told two different workers about the problem, neither one seemed to be at all bothered by it.

actually between not being able to type correctly or at least how the typing class wanted you to hold your hands and well my handwritings worse they sort of decided technical English was lost on me and I did everything orally … I have been trying to use a spell/grammar checker tho my typing has improved… you should have seen the complaints the first time i was here …
