Yes indeed, Freddie is frothing at the mouth about this one. How dare they(the Washburn University theater department) put on this play, in which he is a character. Here is the link to the article about the play in our paper here in Topeka.

Of course he has a fax out about how they will picket the play, but you can dig that link up for yourself, in case anyone cares.

I am hoping to go, if I can get a couple of things out of the way. I just love to patronize things he pickets.

I just saw TLP this week in Chapel Hill. Amazing play, one of the most moving things I’ve ever seen on stage (and surprisingly, not half as depressing as you’d think). You should definitely go – pickets or no pickets.

BTW, I wonder if Phelps realizes he’s shooting himself in the foot by creating this much publicity.
