For some mentees, this is probably true.
I think “praised” could be intended.
“Dude, jumping off that cliff proved you got a set of balls bigger than Texas.” “Thanks, bro. Bring it in!.”
vs.
“Mmmm, you’re hung like a horse…<Gack!!>Mmmmph mmmmph.”
This shows a pretty high level of understanding of the language, though a poor understanding of American culture. In America, it wouldn’t be “chopping a guy’s tongue off”, it would be “blowing a guy’s head off.”
And a poor understanding of the law as well. You’d never get 15 to life for chopping a tongue off. That’s only two to five.
