Not entirely on topic, but when the heck did the Travel Channel turn into Food Network 2? Between now and midnight they are airing 12 (!) episodes of Man vs. Food, 3 episodes of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, and one each of *Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman *and something called Diner Paradise.
I used to enjoy the Travel Channel when they used to have, you know, *travel *shows.
And on Saturday mornings. My wife’s Saturday morning ritual is to camp in front of the TV and watch the cooking shows.
But, yes, the Food Network guys created Cooking Channel to show many of the cooking shows (including re-runs of old Food Network shows like Good Eats) because they’ve moved to competition and reality shows during prime time on Food Network.
What’s humorous in watching Giada’s shows is to see how big her breasts are. In some segments, they’re quite noticeably bigger than in others. My wife claims those are episodes which were shot when she was pregnant, but she still looks skinny in the waist to me. I wonder if she got implants.
