The man you've heard often but never heard of has died

Didn’t see a threat. Apologies if one exists.

I just learned that Peter Thomas died back in April.

Not unlike Jackson Beck his was an instantly recognizable voice, yet by name few knew who he was.

Commercials, political ads, and, of course, Foensic Files, Thomas worked almost non-stop as an announcer for over 75 of his 91 years.

RIP.

He was born to be an announcer and was one of the best in his field. We’ll miss that marvelous voice.
