There are many possible reasons for a country to be poor or unsuccessful, nor do I think cherishing conformity is the sign of a superior culture.
I stated that there is good empirical evidence and theoretical models that suggest cultural values(collectivist vs individualist for instance) determine success. Your comeback to that is that there are many possible reasons for countries to be poor or unsuccessful? That makes no sense to me.
And you may not think that cherishing conformity is a sign of a ‘superior’(your word, not one that I would use) culture, but in point of fact, you probably take conformity of values as a given. Or do you not believe that wanting equality for women is a sign of a ‘superior’ culture? That wanting people to be able to speak freely against religion without fear of punishment is a sign of a ‘superior’ culture?
I think that Britain, with more more Muslim immigrants from areas that are more Fundamentalist, to begin with, probably experiences the worst case scenario for Muslim immigration. Then I look at the numbers in the various Pew and Gallup and related surveys and I figure that if that is the worst case scenario, the doomsayers are being hopelessly silly.

There are 200,000 Muslims in Norway. The video shows many hundreds of them publicly expressing support for the death penalty for homosexuals and adulterers. That is a large fraction of one percent of all Norwegian Muslims right there in that hall.

Speaking of stretching one’s credibility to nothing with fabricated equivalency, you think a million people is a large fraction of one percent of the members of the Westboro Baptist Church? So total membership would be over 100 million; I hate to break it to you, current membership is ~40.
No, it does not. It shows a hall full of people watching but it’s hardly clear there are “many hundreds” of them or that they’re all Muslims or even all from Norway, since it’s conducted entirely in English.
At 5:09 the speaker asks how many go to normal Sunni mosques in Norway, and hundreds raise their hands.
Ooooh! Three quarters of a percent of the Norwegian Muslim population show up at a rally and some large number of them display homophobia. (There appear to be about 1,500 or fewer people in the hall.) From that you want to extrapolate that there are very large numbers of Muslims throughout Europe who favor those sorts of laws even though the Muslim populations in most of Europe have already been polled and surveyed without getting close to 10% favoring such laws.
So, you might be right that Muslim immigrants to Norway–who are a tiny minority of Muslims in Europe–tend to be radicalized Fundamentalists. (Or you might just have all the most extreme Fundamentalists in Norway in that hall, making the percentage even smaller.) However, you have done nothing to demonstrate that the overwhelming majority of Muslims in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and even Great Britain disagree with them.
Bring some genuine numbers instead of hysteria over an edited YouTube video and I will take your appeal under consideration.

Population desities are funny things. All of Australia holds only about 20 million and change people. Delhi alone has more people than that.

In the particular case of Norway, it’s worth mentioning that this is an incredibly wealthy country basically swimming in oil money. Unemployment is around 2%, and thousands of people from Sweden - itself one of the world’s wealthiest countries - move to Norway to work. The justification for increasing the numbers of migrants - and Muslims, by extension - is the same as in any other booming country. Just like with the British immigration boom of the 60s and 70s, or the Spanish one last decade.
Also, using the video of that conference as evidence of anything doesn’t seem too convincing to me. I mean, how much do we know about the organisation of the conference? Did everyone who was there agree with the speaker? I’ve gone to many conferences and speeches by people with whom I disagreed. If I were a Muslim in Norway, I’d be tempted to go to any Muslim act just as a simple way of socialising with people like me.
Finally: there are not 200,000 Muslims in Norway. According to official data they’re closer to half that number. Out of those, a total of 0 have killed 71 people in a terrorist attack.
