Good lord people. Where was this vitamin when I was in college? My friend casually told me the other day that if I take a B-12 during drinking it will PREVENT A HANGOVER.
Naturally, I jumped all over it and what do you know…three trial runs into it…I haven’t had a hangover yet! Not even a headache, and I wake up early with a lot of energy after six hours at the freakin’ Brew n View.
What’s the miracle? Why does B-12 help? Does it have to do with preventing dehydration, the main hangover culprit?
