For Wednesday:
A several page research paper for biomechanics that I have only gotten to the results setion of
A small (1-2) page paper due for my biostat class
A short (10 min) presentation for my biostat class on a research paper that I haven’t even chose yet
A homework assignment for my biomechanics class
For Thursday:
Two, count 'em, TWO take home exams for my cardiovascular physiology class that I haven’t started on yet.
For Monday next week:
A 10 min. presentation due for Cardiovascular physiology that I have read the paper for, but that’s it.
The upside? I also have to go to work tonight from 5-10 PM!
The real upside? The two take home exams can be pushed back if we need time…which pretty much everyone in the class has said they do. One guy said he can get it as late as about a week before final grades for the semester are due, but of course, he doesn’t know when that is, but it’s at least as late as next Friday, since that’s the last day of exams.
Ah… i can relate to this… i have 2 projects do Friday…
One of them involves writing some code, then writing a paper on it… the code is almost done, but thats the fun part… i keep adding to the code as opposed to writing about it…
The second project is a term paper…
… that i lost the assignment sheet for. Have to ask for another one tomorrow…
Yes, i have known about both of these for a while.
Ah, the wonders of procrastination… My finals schedule sucks this semester too:
Thursday:
Accounting final
Geology final
Friday:
Business Calculus final (have to make above a 50 to be eligible to recieve credit for the class, the average is usually around a 60)
Saturday:
Macroeconomics final
Wednesday:
Political Science final (blowoff, I could skip it and make a B in the class)
I have finished all my christmas shopping, caught up on straight dope threads, caught up on my FSAE stuffs, packed up my dorm room, and finished up my extra credit paper. Studying? Who has time amidst the procrastination?
Let’s see, I have a 5 page book review due Friday. Book review sounds fun, but I’m basically reviewing someone’s dissertation, and it’s boring as hell. I have to finish it tonight though, since I won’t really have any time between now and Friday (commuting is a pain).
8 page research paper and 4 hour final on Tuesday, which includes an in-class boring essay.
Next Wednesday: same class as the book review, I have a multiple-guess final plus another in-class essay. Yawn.
A 5 page final paper due next Friday.
Well, I’ve started *thinking *about it all, anyways. I may get some real work done on GuildWars, though.
I had a paper due Thursday that was extended until next Thursday. I told myself that I would finish it by this Thursday anyway, just to get it out of the way. I just have to write four pages on Tuesday night and four pages on Wednesday and I won’t have to worry about it anymore.
So I get home Tuesday night and notice the YouTube thread in Cafe Society. A few IMHO threads and a few hours of Dice Wars later and here I am.
Ahh, the large paper is done. If anyone is interested in knowing the best fixation methods for a Neer Type II lateral fracture of the clavicle, feel free to ask.
On to my biostat presentation…(hey, I at least chose a paper! The influences of gender and preoperative conditions on revocery in patients undergoing total joint replacement!)
Finished the biostat presentation, and now onto the biomechanics homework, which should take about fifteen minutes, then I can go to bed. I have enough time tomorrow between my biomechanics and biostat class to do that small 1 page paper.
