River Song on Doctor Who. Fuck off, woman, you’re not pretty, you’re not funny, you’re not charismatic, you have an annoying smirk, and the show does not have your name on it. I think Stephen Moffatt had this idea that everyone was so in love with her character that all he had to do was write her into an episode to flirt leadenly with Matt Smith and viewers would swoon.
I 100% agree with this assessment. The writers have basically turned Sheldon into a sadist who happily tortures his friends.
My vote from ST:TNG is Q. I really didn’t like any of the Q episodes.

The medical examiner from Hawaii Five-0, Masi Oka. I didn’t mind him when he was on Heros, but I can’t stand him now. All his lines sound like they’re being read off a cue card written by someone who went crazy using the “Find Synonyms” option in MS word.
I’ve watched most of the other shows in this thread but his is the first character that I actually groan every time he appears.
