Well, seeing as how this is post #2001 of this game, maybe it’s best to let it die and then pick it up fresh later. Do I win?
I think that was a pretty horrid little film to end it on, although the post count was nice. I mean, not only had I never heard of it, when I did look it up I’d never even heard of anyone who was in it (save Mssr Pleasence, naturellement!)
Not even Tom Baker, the Dr. Who guy?
Maybe if I saw him, but I was never much for Dr. Who.
I can’t believe I missed him. :smack:
So now what? My life feels so empty…
I’m Jonesing now . . . re-reading old posts, studying obscure actor bios, what are we gonna do?
Whatever we feel like we wanna do! What do you think? Gosh!
(Guess who just saw Napoleon Dynamite?)
Oh, how was it? My daughter is bugging me to take her.
Well, there’s not much of a story, and some things just plumb don’t make sense, but I thought it was hilarious (and I don’t usually find “dumb” movies funny). I must warn you, though, there’s a very good chance that you’ll be hearing the movie quoted over…and over…and over.
Yes, I’ve heard lots of young people saying this is their favorite movie ever. Interesting this thread has cropped up again, I was considering posting here in honor of Twickster’s half century of service to the community.
