Harry Guardino
Hey, guys! Hope everyone had a good holiday. Sternvogel, Harry Guardino is a GREAT character actor. Also very attractive when he was younger; he was that Italian that did all the sniffing around on Houseboat.
Yes, I just watched it this weekend. Why do you ask?
Of all the weird 1950s movies, I think that’s the one that I’ve inadvertently seen the most often. I’m sure that
Sophia Loren
had nothing to do with it. We watched a movie called Malena last night, which is an Italian movie set in a pretty seaside Sicilian village during the war. A strange allegory, but the female lead was stunning. Pretty funny, too, if that’s your sort of thing.
Oh my! One of the true beauties of the world. The last movie I saw her in was “Ready To Wear”. Not one of her better ones, but still she always mesmerizes me.
Julia Roberts
supervenusfreak, I feel exactly the same. She’s still a stunner.
Not a big Julia roberts fan, but I did like her in My Best Friend’s Wedding. WHAT?? Okay, yes. I liked it. I can’t help it. hangs head… I have a problem, I recognize this.
