The new political dichotomy? Globalism vs Patriotism

Holy crap. Ok, I’m out.

Being cozy with the Israeli government is not at all a guarantee of not being anti-Semitic. Heck, arms export licenses provided by the Israeli government are currently furnishing Israeli weapons to neo-Nazi militants in Ukraine, and have done worse in the past:

I’m really not seeing the force of an argument that tries to use Netanyahu’s willingness to suck up to a powerful and flattery-susceptible head of state as evidence that that head of state doesn’t personally have any anti-Semitic views. ISTM it is very unlikely that Netanyahu cares any more about individual anti-Semitism in the US POTUS than in the neo-Nazi troops who buy Israeli weapons.

Global competition versus global cooperation.

We’ve made this turn before, and it resulted in WWI and WII.

The next turn is WWIII.

I once knew a street chess player, one time he wanted to warn me that my last move was going to mean that I was going to lose my queen, but by tapping on a rook and pointing to his king, I showed him that my next move was checkmate against him. I won a few moves later.

Nixon already showed that one can be an anti-semite and still support Israel. And Even Netanyahu forgot his history to say something that dumb to Trump. Trump can not hold a candle to what Nixon did for Israel.

I provided an opportunity to clarify. I see that it was declined. This isn’t debate, it’s nonsense. Closed.
