The New Yorker drops its paywall for three months. What should I read?

I believe it is down from July 21st through October 21st. All articles from 2007 forward are free. This is really convenient for me since I stopped reading the New Yorker regularly in 2008.

Anyone know of any good articles?

Start off with A Pickpocket’s Tale.

This is an article about magician and sleight of hand legend Apollo Robbins that I found fascinating.
